Jack is movin'!

I have to tell you this story...the other day, just after Michael, Jack, and I got home, Michael set Jack in the corner of the couch. We do this occasionally having him sit up like a big boy. He's so small it looks like the couch is going to swallow him whole. Well, I was heating up some milk for Jack in the kitchen and Michael went in the back for some reason. When he came back to the living room we both saw Jack at the same time. Somehow Jack had flopped over on his stomach and his head was hanging off the front of the couch. Jack was totally chill about the whole thing. I was all worried and fretting, but Michael's attitude was "Way to go, Jack!" Needless to say, from then on we are more careful when we put him on the couch in this manner.

Jumpin' Jacks

Jack's holding his own bottle. This doesn't happen very often.

Jack zonked out on the couch.

How am I ever going to tell this little boy "no"?

I mean, c'mon, look at that face...

Jack jumps in this thing as much as we let him.

He just loves it.

I just had to post this picture.

I love that face he makes.

This is Jack in his Sunday sweater.

He inherited it from his daddy.

Cute.

What else can I say about it?

Dinner and Birthday Celebration

Last week we went to dinner with a
bunch of our friends at Black Bart's.
I don't know if it was the room we were in or something we ate...
but we sure looked pretty stupid at times.

It seemed to be temporary though...

Our friend, Katie, worked there. I say "worked" because it was her last day. She sang and danced for us on their stage. She's the one on the far left.

She was also our waitress. That was some of
the best service I've ever had!

So, in this picture I'm trying to get Rob and Britnee in a picture together, but Michael kept shoving his mug of root beer in the way. Lovely.

This is Pat and Kimberley. Conspiring ones, I think.

Here comes the food! Look how talented our waitress is. Oooh.

Mmmm.

Eating, talking, having a good time...

The whole crew came out to sing Pat "Happy Birthday"
and gave him some fried ice cream with a candle in it.

Being that it was Pat's birthday, we went to his place after dinner for a little ice cream cake of deliciousness. How many people does it take to light the candles on his birthday cake?

He's full of hot air.
